as some of you are aware i was unable to attend a mecial with atos, i also had a letter from my gp stating i was unable to attend.

atos sent a ltter stating that the appointment still stands, and they were unable to cancel the appointment even with my gps letter.

so as i did not attend, atos sent me a bf223, which is a letter asking for my reasons i did not attend.

this bf223 is a dwp letter, but was completed and sent by atos, they also enclsoed a envelope for the reply to be sent back to atos.

i have only been given 2 working days to complete this letter.

im not sure at this moment in time, why atos are sending dwp letters to me, when in the letter atos sent saying they could not cancel my appontment, they state that "atos only arranges medical appointments" so why they are sending bf233s is a at this time very concerning,

however the dpw have just told me that atos should not of sent a return envelope to be returned to them, they should of enclosed a envelope to send back to my local bdc, they have also said that giving me 2 working days to respod is not right, and they are lookin into this - another clear cut, non excusable case of maladministration.

also a formal comlpiant i made to them last month has also not been responded to, even though there own guidance states 10 working days.

i am now up to 4 formal complaints, with no responses, and the maladministration still continues, dwp and atos seem to be colouding with each other, and have launched a full assault on me with a mission to take my benifit away from me under any circumstances.

i fully expect my benifit to be stopped very soon, as no doubt they will say i did not show good cause for attending the medical - the fight continues.

Personally, I'd send copies of your GP letter plus a response to their letter to both the BDC and Atos, then they can't say that neither has received it.

I doubt if it's personal, but I can see why it feels like it.

Then I think that all you can do is to give your reasons and see what happens. Good luck.
