harasment now ended

futher update regarding the ending of my exemption and sending me a ib50 etc.

letter today stating i am still exemmpt with a new review date of 2014.

atos were forced to contact my gp, my gp told them what he had to do (dwp or atos should be contacting your gp prior to sending out ib50s etc, and if enough information is given and no improvement of condition your exempttion continues, so why this was never done in the first place is still been looked into)

i urge everyone, who is having there exemption ended in the same wasy as mine was to fight it, fight it in the correct way and dwp and atos WILL back down.

i have every intention of taking my complaint to the highest court in the land if i need to, just beacue dwp have now done a 100% u turn and give me my exemption back does not mean i have finished with them, i will be reving a response from the cheif executive of the dwp within the next 3 days, its then time to complain to ice, before refering it to the ombudsmun (i already have the paper work signed by my mp to do this once i have been to ice)

well now you have to watch for them finding away to screw you they will I am sure try, look at the way they pick on people after they win at tribunal ... sending them a new ESA50 soon after winning ****** !

JUST GETS BETTER, i have now got signed written confirmation that my exemption lasts until 2014 or untill my claim is reasesed for - which ever is later


still a long way off having this matter resoveld to my satisfaction, including some new issues of incompetence that have just came up,


remeber i was subjected to a wifi when they never told me such interview was taking place?? it tuerns out this may of been unlawfull as well as decitfull

6.—(1) The Secretary of State must notify, in writing or otherwise, a relevant claimant who is required to take part in a work-focused interview of the date, time and place of that interview. – notice the word must

they tried to fob me off appologising that they did not make me aware that a interview was taking place and trying to make light of this subject, the above reg sugests this was a unlawfull act.

but any way for now i have a gurantee that i will be left alone until 2014, not bad considering i have had not advice from cab etc, but have had some good info from here, i will not be bullied or intimidated by the jobcenter or atos and i intend to continue with my complaint, i will also not be subject to unalwfull activities on behalf of the jobcenter
