new ESA claim and another medical

hello all,

as you may remember I had to submit yet another ESA claim based on deterioration of condition.

Sent in the usual GP certificate plus a supporting letter from my GP stating that he believes I am to be considered housebound because of my condition.

Yes, you guessed it, the DWP want me to leave the house and go for a medical!

I sometimes wonder why I bother getting up in the morning.

What next?

Hi Lochlisa,

Have a look at the guide to 'Getting better treatment from the DWP, in the General benefits info section of the members area and adapt one of the DDA letters there to send to the DWP.

If that doesn't work try involving your MP.
