Return to work benefits was created by IT2Go4IT
Having now returned to work for a limited number of hours per week (17.5) it would seem I may be entitled to a £100 work grant(one off payment) and £40 per week back to work credit for a year.
Does anyone know if these are taxable?
Also is there anything else I should be claiming for?
Thank you

You may also be entitled to Working Tax Credits -look especially at the disability element. If you're over 50 this will include the over 50 element for the first year, too.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The "In Work Credit" is tax-free, and if the one-off payment is a "Job Grant", then it is as well.

I'm just a fraction under 50 but have completed the form for working tax credit so see what happens.
