i read on this site that for ESA it is around 40% but I am not sure about other benefits. My opinion is that no matter what the success rate is appeal anyway and with good representation and good evidence gained from everyone that knows how your condition affects you etc you should win. I won my appeal for DLA many years ago but paid for a barrister to come along with me to the hearing.
