No PM or Email facility ?

I to think it is a real shame that we do not have a PM / email facility as I think it would be so helpful for soem members with similar probelms to interact with each other more effectively than on an open forum.

That said, I understand the forum is a bonus on top of the great advice. If it was only for the mods helpa nd answers to questions. The resoucres here are fabulous and broken down to be easily used, I am awaiting appeal for both DLA and ESA and feel more confident because of this website.

To request a refund or cancelation of membership is quite rediculous IN MY OPINION......

if i need any info from this site, i look it up or post a question.

if i have any info, i post it on here for everyone to read and hopefully it will help them.

if a have another year like last year, i don't think i could have coped with PM's. i like info out in the open

I did'nt request a refund only to have my membership deleted!
Rediculous or not thats my choice and its for various other reasons.
As already mentioned in another thread I did'nt find my ESA medical anywhere near to that described here in fact quite the opposite.
For the record I will not be asking for a refund, but i will be more careful with my money next time
I still request that my membership is deleted....please
