WFI Attendance? was created by justme12
Hi, I was awarded ESA last October, and put in the work focused group (exact term escapes me right now). This was after an appeal, and I haven't been asked to go for an interview yet.
I have been at one, in May 2010 during the appeal phase, and was having a really bad day, and interview lasted only about 10 minutes (the letter said 1 hour).
I'm wondering if that made me marked down as being 'parked' by the jobcentre staff (I have M.E and chronic migraines), even so I'm not in the support group.
I just wanted to make sure it is the jobcentres responsibility solely for those interviews and that if I don't get asked I don't need to do anything?
With the DWP you never know.
Grateful for any advise your able to give.

If you haven't heard anything, you're not obliged to follow it up, but why not write and ask them to confirm that your interviews have been deferred?

I thought about that, but was a bit vary since it could also lead to a new interview very soon, and the last one felt like such a waste of my time. But then I guess I'll have to do antoher four sometime...

Well, received ESA50 form today, so it seems that I can stop worrying about WFI Interviews and worry about an upcoming medical instead. 0 Points here I come again!

Are they sending these forms geographically ? I mean are certain parts of the country getting them first ?

Hi. I've been in receit of ESA from the start, and I assume it's just one of those medicals to make sure that I haven't miraculously gotten much better. Nothing to do with the migration from Incapacity, just with the fact that my tribunal win is now 4 month ago.
