esa work related was created by john
hi, i have been on esa, work related group since last may, however i have never been sent on any courses or anything like that, they just keep sending me my money every two weeks, what i am wondering is this...should i get in touch with them or is it a case of " let sleeping dogs lie", also i have severe diabetic neuropathy and this is getting steadily worse to the point where i can hardly walk at all now, its like walking on stone chips barefoot, which is why i dont know what to do, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you been asked to attend work focused interviews during your ESA claim?

Hi John
Unless you actually want to take part in Pathways to Work and feel that you are missing out in that respect, I don't see the point in getting in touch with them.
As for your worsening condition, if you feel that you should now qualify for the support group you can apply for a supersession and get reassessed, which would probably involve attending a medical, but I would recommend that you seek face-to-face advice from the CAB to assess any risk of losing your current claim.
Regards
Derek
