  			 				Hi Jan

I'm afraid it's quite common for claimants in the WRAG to be reassessed within six months.

It may sound crazy but the DWP are hoping for miracles - and another bite at the cherry!

Good luck

Derek

I went for my second medical yesterday. It seems that if you go to tribunal and win they are going to harass us. I was awarded mine last autumn but still they persist.
I know I am entitled and so I will never give up. As far as I am concerned I paid my NI for 35 years and now I need to make a claim so I am determined to make them honour this.
What the general public have to ask themselves is what do they pay NI for if its going to be almost impossible to get help when you need it.
Anyway don't let them win, you got it before you will get it again.
