I don't think there is a "link" to the TV trap.

I tried to explain this in an earlier post in this thread, but let me have another go.

The issue is one of assumption on the part of the ATOS "doctor" carrying out the ESA medical.

Most people would assume that watching the TV is innocuous, however, if you choose to do so, it is easy to see it in a different light.

For example, have you said on your ESA50 that you cannot sit on a chair for more than half an hour, but when asked, say that you watch the TV for a couple of hours in the evening. It would be reasonable to asssume that you were sitting for that period in direct contradiction to what you had written on your form.

The same argument could easily be made for concentration.

The lesson to be learned is that everything you do and say at the ESA medical will be looked at in an entirely different context from what you might have meant.
