hearing was tape recorded ? Is that routine ?

It's certainly not routine, but tribunals are required to keep a record of proceedings and can use whatever medium the judge chooses. It's usually done on paper but I presume they can use an audio recording.

Well done, so pleased just won mine too, can you tell me how long it takes DLA to pay backpayments they owe you, we sooooo need a new bed and this backpayment will allow us to buy one.
