Payments can take some time to come through, you can speed it up, to some extent, by checking with your local DWP office that they have received the notification letter from the Tribunal and if not, faxing them a copy of yours.Well done, so pleased just won mine too, can you tell me how long it takes DLA to pay backpayments they owe you, we sooooo need a new bed and this backpayment will allow us to buy one.

Hi there, thanks for the congrats. My ESA arrears took about 4 months to come through. However I think it was complicated because of hearing both my claims on the same day and because DWP wanted to know how the Tribunal had arrived at the points they awarded, which meant that the Tribunals office had to type up the notes from the tape recorded at the hearing and the notes from the Judge etc.Still I have got it now and hopefully can move forward. Good Luck to anyone who has a forthcoming Tribunal and congratulations to anyone who has succeeded.
