Hi, Quick question. Is it just your GP who should recieve this form or should any relavant consultants also recieve this form. Thank you.

As far as I know the form is only sent to the claimants GP.

Now that you've mentioned it I've just found some more information about 113s.

Interesting that the DWP inform GPs that they have a statutory duty to provide them with an IB/ESA113 but have no obligation whatsoever to write a report to support a claimants appeal.
