On appeal, when represented the statistic is higher, the 40 percent is the overall figure, and even thats good.
It is interesting they have waited since December They usually send IB50 almost bang on the review date, you could have asked for IB50 and if they had agreed, you would have been assessed under IB . IB medicals were still being done in Jan and Feb.
Best now read the guides in members only and start preparing for the eventual ESA form

Some members have been waiting longer. I think it's all part of the plan.

baffles me to why some people are up to 7 months behind to be called, that is quite so me backlog. The untrusting side of me smells an unfortunate rat in the DWP's "reforming ideas"

As far as I am aware I do not have review dates for either IB or DLA, so where will I fit in with the reform plans.I am assuming I am not exempt.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Sorry we can't be more precise.

You will only be exempt if you will reach State Retirement age before April 2014.As far as I am aware I do not have review dates for either IB or DLA, so where will I fit in with the reform plans.I am assuming I am not exempt.

I'm keeping my head below the parapet,
I last had a medical in 2008, no problems with that, ( I'm long-term with age related additions IB).
Not heard a thing from DWP, Atos Job Centre sent a letter saying going to fortnightly payments, but that's it.
Nary a peep, I'm 52 by the way, so I'm not exempt, but I was on the predecessor of IB, Invalidity benefit so may have some succession (sp).
