DLA Tribunal Decision... How Long Kept?

Hi,

If, like me, you have failed at Tribunal to overturn refusal for DLA, how long is that kept on record?

Is the fact that you have applied, failed, Appealed and also failed, always kept on your record or is there a time limit?

I wondered if they refer to it when a new claim is made?
