It's such a shame you had a bad day at the Tribunal, if I were you, I'd do what has been advised earlier, Appeal, but this time make sure you get an advisor from CAB or the likes that can do most of the work for you, don't give up, this is exactly what they want, take a few days to re-think about all that was said to you, and then make that appointment with CAB. Thanks for the reply Tattie, now that
they have turned me down at the tribunal,
I don't think there is anywhere else that
I CAN go! But my wife has gone to see a
solicitor this morning because my
consultant says that by the judges refusing
his reccommendations, they are breaking
the law, so I will have to wait and see
what the brief has to say!
