Regarding id phone call was created by helchis
and dwp phoning you after they have sent form out.Thanks for comments on other peoples threads.My parent is my appointee and all the dwp have is thier mobile number do you advise i ring them and give a land line.could they only stop you benefits if they have written to you and asked you to contact them or to the new esa form by a certain time or can they not send a letter and just try phoning and say they could not get hold of you and stop your benefits.i do recieve all my letters from dwp as i recieved my p60 substitute form recently

You can give the DWP your number if you want them to ring you but you do not have to. Official contact is usually in writing and I don't think it's possible for your benefit to be stopped as a result of not receiving or answering calls, without requests sent in writing.
