DLA STOPPED DEVASTATED

Today i finally received the atos medical report with reference to the recent decision to stop my DLA.
If it wasnt so serious it would be laughable.
The emp stated in the report i cannot cook a meal or dress myself.On the summary he has written i cook my own meals and dress myself.Also stated no evidence of heart diseas,i had a heart attack and sent letters from my cardiolgy consultant.
Most of the ATOS EMP report is illegible and i telephoned them today to request a typed transcript of it.Ill keep you updated as to the progress of my appeal.

Forgot to mention in my last post that the ATOS Medical report (the copy)does not have my name and national insurance number on each page of it,wondering if i can go along the lines of as it doesnt contain this information how do i know it is about me?
