Whilst it is possible that your ESA has been stopped because of you scoring 0 points from the ESA medical, the phraseology you quote is often used for claimants who are being placed in the ESA Support Group due to Exceptional Circumstances.
It would be worth you contacting the DWP tomorrow to confirm that your understanding is correct, if it is then come back to the forums and have a look at the ESA Appeal guide in the Members area to get an understanding of what our options are.

Hi PeterHi can any one help ? Toady a letter sent to me by post from the ESA & I am no longer entitled to ESA I scored 0 Points, so there think I am able to work ? It also said " we recognise that I have a Disability & or health Condition" so am i fit for work or not ? I also look after my wife who is on Lower rate care & mobilty. so as from 3rd June 2011 we have been kick of there books, yet there also failed to put in written my rights to Appeal against there Decision.

If they stopped your ESA then it sounds like you have failed the WCA and will need to appeal. You can phone JCP and ask for a GL24 form.
But I'm not surprised that you were confused.
The ESA280 dis-allowance letter says: We have decided that you are not entitled to Employment and Support Allowance from...
The ESA65 written statement of reasons says: We recognize that you have a disability or health condition [but we don't care].
Good luck

Sounds like you have received form ESA65 (look at bottom left of pages).
Mine also says:
... Your assessment shows you are capable for work
... We recognise that you have a disability or health condition
... You scored 0 points (etc.)
By including the middle statement ("We recognise...") I think what they're trying to say is YES you have something wrong with you BUT it isn't bad enough to prevent you working.
It's very confusingly worded, but that's DWP for you - shambolic.
Good luck with your appeal.
Andy.
