Complaint to ATOS about HCP

Hi I'm back, in answer to the question about my appeal, yes it was my date to go to the tribunal, and I will ask about the ESA65 as I don't appear to have 1 of these.

I have no objections about another medical, but feel this should be going forward as there is no way they can access how I was back in January, also the criteria has changed on the new forms and you cannot get 15points for being unable to stand/sitting now, also bending, kneeling and squatting has been removed.

Just wish it would all go away, I have checked with the advice centre and he feels under law it is not correct, but has never come accross this scenerio before.

I am waiting for the response from my MP before I take it further ie formal complaint and maladministration.
