You need to download it to your computer first and then you can fill it in at your leisure and print it out when ready.just a quick question, can i fill in the online form, print it out, and send it instead of my paper esa50 that i recieved through the post. it is that my handwriting is terrible and the online version is printed and looks a lot better

I always recommend that whatever form any person fills in should be put aside and referred back to the following morning. Decisions are made on the content and presentation of your form. I disagree with the presentation part but have been assured by a friend in the benefits agency that it does take place.

When you say decisions are made on presentation, do you mean a well presented form puts you at advantage; or is it the opposite?

I'd advise including under "any other information" how long it has taken you to fill in the form, that you had to do it a small piece at a time over X number of days, that you had someone write/type it for you, or check your spelling and grammar, or whatever is the case. Otherwise ASSUMPTIONS WILL BE MADE. That's the way both DWP and ATOS operate. And the assumptions will NOT be in your favour.
