Just a couple of quick questions

What times of day might they ring. Is it 9-5 or can they ring in the evening?

Do you get any choice about the time of your assessment?

As far as I'm aware ATOS, in this context, operate standard office hours.

You can nominate times that you are not available on your ESA50, this can be specific dates, or a timeframe e.g. morning or afternoon.

They're pretty good at avoiding specific dates, but you might have problems if you say you only available for part of the day.

ATOS , have been known to ring people at night, and I,m sure they work at least some of the weekend, but don't hold me to that.

Remember they should give you 7 days notice, unless you have agreed to take a cancellation, at short notice.

I was asking because my dad needs to take me to the assessment and he's quite elderly and needs to take things slow in the morning. So we wouldn't want an appt before 10am. I was just wondering whether they would insist on an earlier appt than this?
