What to expect in ESA medical waiting room?

I have read appeal papers and the statement from the ADA always starts with met claimant in waiting room and observations as to how they stood up and followed them.Also included is how they reacted on first meeting.

Do they really need CCTV in the waiting room when they can just assume that you sat comfortably for 45 minutes talking to complete strangers in the waiting room?

I could not agree more. Last week I had a one hour wait with a claimant.This is why I stress the importance of going with a friend or support worker.

In my experience, the doctor comes to the waiting room to get you so they can see you stand from the chair and then they tend to walk down to their room pretty quickly so they can see if you keep up or not, I have been able to keep up with them!!!

The safest thing to do is sit on the toilet while waiting. Your companion can fetch you when your name is called.

That way they can't claim that you heard your name called, got to your feet without difficulty, etc.

How long is it deemed appropriate to wait in a waiting room before leaving and telling the receptionist to reschedule the appointment. There is no way I would wait an hour to see anyone I have an appointment with unless it was my specialist.
