There's not much point in ringing JCP as they claim they don't receive decision notices for about six weeks after the hearing (even though it's posted straight away) and from past experience on this forum they are not very good at understanding tribunal decision notices themselves.

You need to phone Tribunal Service. The number will be on their letters of correspondence.
