ESA medical

I went to my ESA medical well over 15 months ago and my appeal is next friday. I have anxiety disorder and all round bone pain. I hardly said anything about my axiety on the day of the medical. This was because I was following a porgram which is called the linden method which says "not to talk about your anxiety". I was severely sick not knowing what I was doing or saying and looking through the medical I said alot of positive stuff even more stuff than I do. One was beacause of the Linden Method and 2 because I can also forget about things beacause of my anxiety disorder. As anxiety disorder does funny things to your mind and body. Now for the appeal I dont really know what to do I already have a Law degree and am definately no con. I dont know how to go about the appeal the only thing I can say is that I was not in the right frame of mind on the day of the medical?

Hi Jason,

I would explain to the tribunal what you have just explained to us. Indeed, I would write a very brief submission setting out what you have just told us and take along copies for the tribunal members, so that if you find yourself unable to give accurate evidence on the day, you can give them the submission.
