IB form BF85A

I've received a form today asking me about changes which may affect my IB which needs to be returned by 11 August. Just wondering if this form may be one that precedes the reassessment of my IB and transfer to ESA.

This form is very simple yes/no answers apart from box which talks about changes I should tell them about. I have MS and my condition has deteriorated since last time I was asked and filled in an IB50 form.

I would be very grateful for any advice - should I give them more info than the form's space allows?
