medical reports

Hi can we ask for a copy of the report that the gp has done for dla, do we contact gp directly and can we ask to see the report that the doctor will do at the dla home medical visit, or does that get sent out to us at a later date. so many questions lol

You can write directly to the GP to request details of any report he/she has done for DLA purposes.

Insofar as the EMP medical report arises, you can ask for a copy of this at any time by contacting the DLA Unit, but it would be unlikely they would release it until after a decision on the claim has been made.
