One- line ESA50

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the DWP can refuse to accept the down loaded version of ESA50 on the grounds that it was not the original sent by them.Couldn't find anything on the forum search.

As long as it was the same version, with exactly the same lay out, and desciptors, I do not see any reason why they would not except it.

Check both ESA50 are exactly the same, I will be doing this, as I have an online version ready and saved, which I will post to ATOS, within the deadline. I should receive one through the post in 2 to 3 weeks.

The online version is there for the claimant to download and fill in so what reason could they give for refusing it?.

I have read that the online version will not fit in the envelope provided with the posted version, don't know if this has been rectified.

No, because the use of the interactive version of the ESA50 has actually been promoted by the DWP!

I can't see why they would refuse it, I am using the online version, will be sending that in next week.
