Addisons Disease

I have suffered from addisons disease for the past 11 years and currently receive low rate care.In my experience I have found that DLA decision makers seem to have very little knowledge of my condition.Does any anyone else have this condition and what has your experience been?They do not seem to take on board all the other complications that arise such as dizziness,chronic fatigue,muscle weakness e.c.t. :

i am on dla mob and care but may not have been if i did not appeal, anyway i had a lengthy phone conversastion with a nice lady from dla i asked about whether the decision makers were medicaly trained, she gave me the answer NO but they know enough about people (no porkies) this is what i was told.she also told me that it would depend on what sort of mood the decision makers were in when they came into work.so give as much information as possible. please mods dont delete this answer as this is something people need to know

Thanks your reply has been really helpful.It is so difficult to get what you should be entitled to as it is not a well known condition.I'm sure you've found it the same.
