Hi Rachel
I am shocked that you are being asked again to submit questionaire!!! It was only jan/feb when you went to tribunal!!! I am getting quite worried as i am sure one will be dropping through my letterbox anytime soon, especially as i have just had to contact DWP to advise change of address.
Big hugs
Mm xx

Hi Mm, lovely to see you back, I hope you had a positive house move. Big hug and best wishes to you!
Does anyone know if ringing in changes automatically kick starts a new assessment?
Best wishes,
Rachel

I remember when I had to send my DLA renewal in when my 92 yr old Mum was very poorly in hospital. I rang and asked for an extension, I was told 'NO', so I plodded on whenever I found the time and energy, then my Mum passed away. I rang again and asked for extension, it was still 'NO' and was told if I didn't get it in by the date, I would have to submit a fresh application. I didn't want it to come to that as I was over 60 and they would tell me I'm too old!
I finally posted it recorded delivery to arrive there on the renewal date. The postmistress even made the postman wait while she did my recorded delivery!
BTW, I did get it renewed and 'indefinitely' too.
