I think the first thing to do is to discuss your situation with your GP and see what they think. It may be that a further round of tests and reports is appropriate for your condition anyway, conversely it might not be a realistic option.

Just because you current reports are old does not mean that they cannot be used. You condition may be one where there is no liklihood of improvement in which case all you would need to show is that there has been no change.

Have you visited your GP regularly over the intervening years? If you have then these "updates" should be recorded in your medical records which could therefore be included as evidence.
