thanks i have had a look. i have been told before what she does for me should not be taken into account on the form as it is about her. so think i will not mention it unless asked and then tell them.

O.K. Sandra, just remember you are only obliged to put information in the form re: your daughter's "LIMITATIONS", as the ESA50 is to help assess said limitations.

As long as you answer questions trufully that is all that can be expected.
