I was migrated from IB to ESA in june following a decision to put me in the WRAG.
About 10 days ago i recieved a P45 from the incapacity benefit office.
When i rang them they told me that my IB officially ended on 8th August and that i had now been transferred to ESA, and that everything would continue as normal.
Today is when my first payment since the official transfer is due, and yes guess what, no payment into my bank.
I have contacted Jobcentreplus, who say it appears the transfer has not yet been done.
They have told me someone will contact me by midday.
I have contacted my MP, her assistant says that the regional office in Plymouth cannot cope with the workload.
She is going to contact the Chief Executive of DWP.
I will let you know the outcome later.

Good luck with this and don't let your MP's office off the hook as they are the ones who are responsible for staff cuts throughout the DWP.

I am in the same position as you, been waiting for a call reference my payment since Friday, have contacted DWP again this morning and now waiting for a call back within 1 hour. My husband contacted our M.P on Friday ... now its the waiting game to find out WHO is going to pay me.

Checked my account at lunchtime and the payment was there.
To be fair the lady who called me was very apologetic and pleasant.
However it does appear that the Plymouth centre cannot cope, as when they originally migrated me in early June the letter said that my transfer would take effect from 28th June, yet here we are coming to the end of August and i have had to chase them for payment.
