Please can someone advise what to do, with letters I create and my Neurologist creates.
Where do I send them?
Do I take them?
Tank you in advance for your help.

Hi Dave
If your appeal is with the DWP at reconsideration stage then you send evidence to the DWP.
If you have received the appeal bundle from the DWP with a letter telling you that your case has passed to appeal, then you send evidence to Tribunals Service. The address will be on the letter from the DWP informing you of this.
Regards
Derek
