hi i have a bit of a problem with the esa form concerning the questions about hazards
i get higher rate dla so am worried i will not answer this correctly and bring into question my award i have cerebal palsy epilepsy arthritis i read that in order to score the points you have to be not aware they are haxards so if i say i cant make my tea because i can burm nyself i therefore would not score points is this correct because im aware that this coukd happen

Reading the relevant section in the guide, one of the key criteria is that the risk is caused by not realising dangers, rather than realising them, but not being able to avoid them.hi i have a bit of a problem with the esa form concerning the questions about hazards

So if you do not make the tea, because you are worried that you will burn yourself, then you would not score points.

Have you read the Claiming ESA on Mental Grounds guide in the Members Only area?when i have an epiletic fit because im not aware at the time i could injure myself because i am fitting would this count or would they not allow this type of answer in order to score points
