Won appeal for support group now taken away

Thanks for all the advice, but who do I get face to face advice from?

Yes I agree it was crafty.. and me not knowing how these things worked just thought after I won my appeal that decision whould be wiped out....how silly of me lol

I can see that Derek is giving you excellent advice, and don't want to intercede.

However, this thread on rightsnet via the link below, talks of a WCA, while appealing.

It all sounds very confusing and am still wondering why I was assessed (without medical) while waiting for an appeal date?

It's not doing my stress levels much good I must say

Hi shelby,

Please be aware that the scenario on rightsnet is different to your own, in that the claimant mentioned in that situation was appealing because they had failed the assessment.

Not as in your case where you where appealing to go into support.

Sorry if I've caused you any confusion, still an interesting read though.

You can try and obtain advice from a CAB or WRO. Alternatively, you can find out whether advice is available locally from Community Legal Advice.
