A short question.
Do ATOS ring you to arrange a medical or do they write, likewise, do they ring or write to tell you what group you are being placed in.

Atos usually phone to arrange an appointment and then confirm it in writing.

The DWP (not Atos) phoned me to inform me of the outcome (I don't know if they always do it) before sending me the decision in writing.
