Appeal form details was created by smiler80
I am about to send in my appeal form. The suggested template for appeal forms on this site is obviously brief and succinct and useful for those who don't know much about their report yet. However as I demanded everything to be sent to me when I received my phonecall I have all the details of what is wrong with the report.
Even though the centre was deserted the poor doctor was obviously overworked because he has got all my answers and facts "confused", ahem.
Should I list them on my appeal letter ( they suggest extra sheets after all if you need more space )or does this go against you? Quite simply I do not trust the people in the system to go through my "medical" report comparing it with my ESA50 answers not knowing what they should be looking for - feel much happier pointing it out to them straight away, if only for their convenience ;) Also having seen the points system for the answers and discovered to my shock that my score should have been really high with just a few of the questions alone (yep, I scored zero! but I am in v good company)should I point out that I should have got these particular points or again does this go against you - authorities don't seem to like people with too much info and detail pointing out their errors.
Thank you!

There is nothing to stop you listing all the point scores that you dispute, however, it is more normal to give only a few and to send in more detail later. If you do choose to list all that you can think of now, do keep your options open by making it clear that you may submit further papers later.

Are you sure that you have considered all the points that you may be entitled to? Don't close any doors by being in a hurry.
