Hi I wonder if anyone can advise me, my daughter who is 27 and worked as a ICU nurse for the NHS was forced to give up work due to increasing problems with her health due to SLR. She was awarded a pension from the NHS based on medical grounds, she applied for ESA and following a medical was placed in the support group. She was paid for a couple of months and then payments were stopped when she declared her NHS pension, Is this right? I was under the impression that sickness benefits from an employer did not effect ESA payments, well not yet anyway.
