IB Appeals/Tribunals was created by RachelPotter

Please can someone tell me, if IB is being replaced by ESA, why are there still appeals and tribunals relating to IB?

Hi Rachel

Appeals can take up to and over a year, so IB appeals will still continue for some time as a decision in the past is being challenged.
