DLA for children

DLA for children was created by cde11
My 3 year son has autisum and sensory intergration dysfuction he has no sense of danger what so ever, has to have somone to watch him at all times , he gets mid rate care but after seeing his consultant this am she thought he should get mobility i so confused as i didnt think they could get mobility till they were 5 if anyone could give me advice i would very much welcome it thanks.

because he has no sense of danger and he cant walk if somthing distresses him which could be a loud car,too many people he wont walk into shops because of the aircon get very distressed will fall to the floor, it is not him being naughty like people think he is cos he cant do it does this not apply ??
