hello again
I wish my knowledge of the descriptors was better.
think i must b stupid cause i dont think im reading or understanding the descriptors correctly for what qualifies you for the wrag or support group. there was so much 2 read 2 b honest that it took me the best part of a month 2 fill in the form & send it back, plus all the time spent on the internet. im so exhausted.
iv been placed in the WRAG group & im trying 2 decide whether 2 appeal or not 2 get put in2 the support group, but was worried i might loose my WRAG award.
you suggesdted to someone else to "look at the WRAG descriptors to see which ones apply to you. If you are happy you score enough points, I would probably stop worrying about being down graded from the WRAG and have a look at which support group criteria applies to you"
do u have new guides that im not seeing that list the descriptors under WRAG & SUPPORT sepretly? cause i can only find the guides that list the PHYSICAL & MENTAL descripters sepretly, not for either group.
am i being stupid again? lol
sorry
martin

It's in the booklet "understanding employment and support allowance". After an introduction to how ESA works and flow charts, it lists all the descriptors for the WRAG, then the criteria for getting into the support group.

sorry but am i being daft again cause these arent descriptors are they? all that says is;
"The people who pass the first test, the Limited Capability for Work Assessment but fail the second test, the Limited Capability for Work-Related Activity Assessment go into the work related activity group" & "People who pass both of the medical tests above go into the support group"
iv had neither test as i was put in2 wrag without any medicals or tests.
im looking for the wrag descriptors & the support group descriptors to see what apply's 2 me before i appeal.
thanks for all ur help
