Hi Sandra
Unfortunately the DLA form asks repeated questions, its best to include the problem you have wherever you feel appropriate, as your needs may arise day and night and that someone else has to assist you, as this is how you qualify for DLA, that help is needed from another person, (whether you get that help or not) and also include it on the extra information page if you want. You can attach extra sheets too if you feel it appropriate.
Kind regards
Michael

I feel it's better to repeat it rather than worry about whether it should be there or not.
Hope you can make sense of this, I'm past caring by around this time of day LOL!!!

Whenever I have to complete DLA forms, I repeat info in several places. The DWP will decide whether or not it is relevant.

I tend to agree Libra, q 41 Help with your care needs during the day, Do you have difficulty or need help cutting up food, eating or drinking; worth repeating several times in other places, as tiresome as it seems. If you only answered this poss no night time help would apply, should you need it. M

I haven't ever claimed DLA but if you can do it on line, you could always type information out once then copy and paste the information on every appropriate section?
Best wishes,
Rachel
