thank you all for your advice i think the next step really is to call the tribunal clerk and just confirm that my case is being listed for hearing at some stage in the future .
im just a bit worried that my replies to the tribunal service didn`t arrive with them and that i will have to go through all this process again from the very begining .

Quite understand your concern Rick. Do ring the Clerk and hopefully that will put your mind at rest. Obviously I can't comment specifically on your case hearing, but I would imagine its just down to the ammount of appeals the Tribunal Service are dealing with. Do let us know how you get on. M

just a quick update on my situation , i have managed to contact the tribunal service dealing with my case the telephone number has changed by the way to .
0300 123 1142.
so the lady i spoke to was very helpful and informed me they had all my details and it is now just a case of waiting to be listed for hearing so that has put my mind at rest now thank you for the advice .
