Lose all benefits was created by Melanie Tudor
Hi,
I have been on WRAG ESA for a year and have just sent off my ESA50 form as being reviewed. Have been receiving DLA since April 2011, up for renewal in April 2011.
My husband works full time but not on a high wage. Do I take it from all the news I have read on this site that if the Welfare Reform Bill goes gets passed by the House of Lords, I stand to lose all my benefits? If the WRAG ESA is abolished for all those with a partner in full time work, I will not be able to claim income support either. And if the Government is planning to streamline all benefits, then I lose DLA also? I am getting in a state at the thought that cos my husband works, we as a family will lose all my benefits? Can they really do this?
Thanks,
Melanie

Just read the link thank you. Even more depressed. Will just have to keep my eye on the news and keep my fingers crossed that The House of Lords show some compassion.
