ESA Appeal and Work Interviews at JCP

I am very unwell but I am looking forward to being called into my first interview, I will take a few dihydrocodeine, gabapentine topped up with some nortriptyline, carry all my medical reports, struggle in, inform the person that I am here but suffering extreme discomfort and pain, feeling very drowsy and sleepy due to the medication and ask him to find me a job.
