i won dla appeal

dear all
just an update i had my appeal saturday for dla that had been taken away from me at renewal stage
well after many months of worry and frustration i am delighted to let you know that my hrc and hrm was reinstated this time for an indefinite period
thank you all for your help and advice this site was a great source of information it was hard work and at times very distressing but i urge anyone in the same position that i was in to appeal agaist the dwp decision on dla as my result proves you can fight the system

Well done,it is an ordeal worth going through isnt it?I lost my award of HRM/LRC on renewal and after waiting 12 months was awarded HRM/MRC on appeal so I ended up on a higher award.My needs had changed but I was too frightened to tell DWP.Relax now and try to take it in.
