Atos

Well hi everyone Im back as a member. Im now in the middle of my appeal with the dwp over being put into the wrag group. I suffer with bi polar and incontinence and was exempt until the dreaded Atos.
The nurse stated that I would be ready for work in six months and that there was no medical evidence. This despite her saying that both my psychiatrist and gp had sent medical notes. My psychiatrist and gp said that they had not been asked for any notes by Atos.

Her report was poor to say the least and was full of contradictions. My gp was appalled and said he would back me up with my appeal.

Can anyone tell me if they have had their award changed on incontinence descriptors alone.

It would be under the new assessment phase as it was in June.
