ESA personal interview was created by silversam
Hello to members here.

I am on ESA. I am not looking forward to my hour long interview at the Job Centre. I have not been out for a while, and I get stressed on the bus, and worried.
I mean I was a confident young man, graduated in chemistry, did everything right. Just not my fault that I got ill. I have epilepsy. I tried not to give up no matter how hard that was. But then I was diagonosed with cancer in 2007. This has affected my quality of life. As a man, there is not much support for my type of cancer. So maybe I can help about that.

In the past, I tried to do all their New deal jobs dole+10. All the companies used me though. I never got kept on for a job. This made me feel worthless and undervalued. I just feel this interview will be more of the same. Using disabled people companies must be desperate for money. Comments?

Hi SS, and welcome to the forum. :)

If you look at the ESA Guides in the orange MEMBERS ONLY area on the left, you may find them enlightening, WFI's are also mentioned.

This is not a discussion forum, however members and moderators will try to answer any general questions that you may have.

Have a look at this recent thread regarding WFI's. :

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum?func=vie...id=10&id=70002#70002

Also, if you put WFI into the search engine just above the logout box, top right, many similar threads will come up.

cheers
