WFI's for Lone Parents

Looks like I'm clutching at straws again!

After more trawling and reading, it looks like if you are a lone parent with a child of 14, you only need quarterly WFI's but...

if youre a disabled lone parent, you have to fulfil the new regime of WFI's!

how is that justifiable?

She is on Income Support (not sickness related) at the moment but she will be moved onto ESA eventually.
